Hi, I'm Julie

a BANT registered Nutritional Therapist and certified health coach.
Following my own health journey into menopause I now specialise in female health and hormones, in particular peri menopause and menopause. My aim is to motivate women to take back control of their own health, inspiring them to believe that they can feel and look better, make the necessary changes, be free of pain and have an abundance of energy. By sharing my knowledge and passion, I educate and encourage you to nurture and nourish your body back to optimal health giving you the freedom to enjoy your life again.





Using scientific research and a functional medicine approach I can arrange private testing for hormone profiles, full thyroid testing, nutrient deficiency testing, in depth gut microbiome testing and much more.
I get a deep sense of satisfaction from helping others and making a difference to their lives; working with women of all ages struggling with hormonal issues leading to infertility, stubborn weight gain, PMS, loss of muscle tone, low energy, brain fog, hot flushes, night sweats and anxiety to regain their health, vitality and wellbeing.

Information about this package
This is for you if you don`t have a diagnosed health condition but you want to be healthier and you are going round in circles on the internet trying to figure things out by yourself. Its confusing, right? Or - you don`t feel you need the support to make changes
What's included?
A review of your health and energy.
In depth assessment of your current food intake and personalised recommendations.
A discussion of your aims and support to help you plan and achieve your goals.
A summary and personalised plan with diet, lifestyle and supplement recommendations to support your goal.

Package 2
12 week signature programme
This is a fully personalised service and is for you if you are starting to experience hormonal challenges, struggling to lose weight either post pregnancy or peri or post menopause or maybe you`ve received a diagnosis of a health condition such as endometriosis or PCOS and you want to make some changes to your diet and lifestyle but you don`t know where to begin.
What's included?
In depth 90 minute health consultation to discuss your existing health and symptoms.
Personalised nutrition plan incorporating diet, lifestyle, supplement and testing recommendations where appropriate. (recommended supplements and testing are an optional extra)..
6 x fortnightly 45 minute consultations to keep you on track and support you with implementing the recommendations. Including meal plan and recipes where required and health coaching to support you with goal setting and making behavioural changes.

Information about this package
This is for you if you have a chronic health condition that you are struggling with or need longer term more intensive support to achieve your health goals such as weight loss or more severe digestive issues.
This package lasts up to 6 months

Through the current media and celebrity exposure to Menopause, it is becoming more apparent just how many Women struggle to continue to carry out their jobs during this time or worse may even feel that they need to leave the workplace due to the symptoms that they experience which can be very debilitating as well as distressing for them.
