Hi, I'm Julie

a BANT registered Nutritional Therapist and certified health coach.
Following my own health journey into menopause I now specialise in female health and hormones, in particular peri menopause and menopause.
My aim is to motivate women to take back control of their own health, inspiring them to believe that they can feel and look better, make the necessary changes, be free of pain and have an abundance of energy. By sharing my knowledge and passion, I educate and encourage you to nurture and nourish your body back to optimal health giving you the freedom to enjoy your life again.

This package is for you if you don`t have a diagnosed health condition but you want to be healthier or you don`t feel you need the support to make changes.
What's included?
- A review of your overall health and energy levels
- In depth assessment of your current food intake and personalised recommendations.
- A discussion of your overall aims and support to help you plan and achieve your goals.
- A personalised plan with diet, lifestyle and supplement recommendations

Package 2
12 week signature programme
This is a fully personalised service and is designed to help you navigate hormonal challenges, struggling to lose weight either post pregnancy or peri or post menopause, or maybe you've received a diagnosis of a health condition such as endometriosis or PCOS and you want to make some changes to your diet and lifestyle but you don`t know where to begin.
What's included?
- In depth 90 minute health consultation to discuss your existing health and symptoms.
- Personalised nutrition plan incorporating diet, lifestyle and supplement recommendations
- Testing recommendations where appropriate
- 6x fortnightly 60-min consultations to keep you on track and support you with implementation
- Includes meal plan and recipes where required
- Health coaching to support you with goal setting and making behavioural changes.

Package 3
Information about this package
This is for you if you have a chronic health condition that you are struggling with or need longer term more intensive support to achieve your health goals such as weight loss or more severe digestive issues. This package lasts up to 6 months
What's included?
- 90 minute in-depth consultation to discuss your existing health and symptoms
- Personalised nutrition plan incorporating diet lifestyle, and supplement recommendations
- Intensive support with 60 minute fortnightly consultations and health coaching to support you with your goals, symptom support and monitoring.
